Şirketimiz tarafından geliştirilen projelerde, 1 Ocak – 31 Mart 2025 tarihleri itibarıyla, toplam 31.529.048.270 TL (KDV Hariç), satışa esas brüt 360.649 m2 büyüklüğe ulaşan, 3.004 adet bağımsız bölümün satışı gerçekleştirilmiştir Bu satışların toplamda 276.335.921 TL (KDV Hariç) değerindeki 23 adedi yabancı ülke vatandaşlarına gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Elde edilen bu sonuçlar, Şirketimizin 2025 yılına güçlü bir başlangıç yaptığını ve projelerimize gelen yüksek talebi teyit etmektedir. İlk çeyrekte yıllık hedefimizin yaklaşık %40 'ına ulaşan bir satış performansına ulaşılması,

Şirketimizin sektördeki lider konumunu ve markamıza duyulan yüksek güveni bir kez daha ortaya koymaktadır. Şirketimiz bundan sonra da belirlediği hedeflere ulaşma konusunda tüm gayretini gösterecektir.

Satış dağılım tablolarında belirtilen satış rakamları gerek satış/pazarlama müdürlüğümüz ve gerekse satış ofisleri aracılığıyla satışı kesinleşen bağımsız bölümlerden oluşmaktadır. Bu nedenle bir önceki çeyrek veya çeyreklerde açıklanan satış rakamların artmasına neden olabilmektedir. Ayrıca, alıcıların sözleşmeden cayma ve dönme ile satıcının sözleşmeyi feshetmesi nedenlerinden kaynaklanan azalmalarda söz konusu olabilir. Bilgi edilmesi önemle rica olunur.

In the projects developed by our company, during the period from January 1 to March 31, 2025

The sale of 3.004 units was realized, reaching a gross sellable area of 360.649 sqm , with a total value of 31,529,048,270 TRY (Excluding VAT). Of these sales, 23 units, amounting to a total value of 276,335,921 TRY (Excluding VAT), were foreign sales.

These results confirm that our Company has made a strong start to 2025 and validate the high demand for our projects. Achieving a sales performance in the first quarter that reached approximately 40% of our annual target highlights once again our Company's leading position in the sector and the high confidence placed in our brand. Our company will continue to exert its utmost effort to achieve its set targets going forward.

The sales figures stated in the sales distribution tables consist of independent units whose sales have been finalized through both our Sales/Marketing Directorate and our sales offices. Therefore, this may cause an increase compared to the sales figures announced in the previous quarter or quarters. Furthermore, decreases may also occur due to reasons such as buyers exercising their right of withdrawal or rescission from the c ontract, or the seller terminating the contract. Please be advised.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail
