Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun kararı ile; PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. firmasının, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı Bağımsız Denetim firması olarak onaylanması ve RSM Turkey Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. firmasının, Şirketimizin 2024 yılı Sürdürülebilirlik Güvence Denetimi firması olarak seçilmesi hususunun Olağan Genel Kurula teklif edilmesine karar verilmiştir.

Pursuant to the resolution of our Company's Board of Directors, it has been decided to propose to the Ordinary General Assembly the appointment of PwC Independent Audit and Certified Public Accountancy Inc. as the independent audit firm for the year 2025, and RSM Turkey International Independent Audit Inc . as the assurance provider for the Company's 2024 sustainability assurance engagement.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
