Şirketimiz projelerinden " İstanbul Sarıyer Ayazağa Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi" (Yeni Levent) kapsamında, 10648 Ada 1 Parseldeki A-B-C-D-E-F-G Blok Yapılması İş'nin kısmi geçici kabulü yapılmış olup Kısmi Geçici Kabul Tutanağı 09.05.2025 tarihinde onaylanmıştır.

Within the scope of our project, Istanbul Sarıyer Ayazağa Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale (Yeni Levent) , the partial provisional acceptance has been approved for the construction of Blocks A-B-C-D-E-F-G on Parcel 1 of Block 10648. The Partial Provisional Acceptance Certificate was approved on May 9, 2025.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
