Şirketimiz projelerinden İstanbul İli, Küçükçekmece İlçesi, Halkalı Mahallesi, " İstanbul Küçükçekmece Bizim Mahalle 1.Etap 5.Kısım Konut ve Ticaret İnşaatları ile Altyapı ve Çevre Düzenleme İnşaatı İşleri" kapsamında, 881 Ada 2 Parselde yer alan 487 adet Konut ve 26 adet Ticari Üniteden oluşan toplam 513 adet Bağımsız Bölüme ait Yapı Ruhsatları alınmıştır.

Within the scope of the " Istanbul Küçükçekmece Bizim Mahalle 1st Stage 5th Phase  Residential and Commercial Construction and Infrastructure and Landscaping Work " project, located in Halkalı Quarter, Küçükçekmece District , Istanbul ,our company has obtained the building permits for a total of 513 independent units, comprising 487 residences and 26 commercial units, situated on Parcel 2 of Block 881. This announcement is made in accordance with the Capital Markets Board regulations.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
