Şirketimiz ile FB Spor Kulubü ve Akfin Gayrimenkul Değerlendirme A.Ş . arasında imzalanan İşbirliği Protokolü Çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilen İstanbul Ataşehir Kayışdağı Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi ihalesinin 1. oturumu 24.12.2025 saat 11:00 da gerçekleştirilmiştir . Söz konusu ihalenin ön yeterlilik aşamasına katılan 13 istekli ekte listelenmiştir. İsteklilere ait ön yeterlilik zarfları içerisindeki belgelerin ayrıntılı değerlendirilmesinin ardından, ihalenin pazarlık, açık artırma ve kapalı zarf teklif alma aşamalarını içeren 2. Oturumun tarihi ve saati isteklilere yazılı olarak bildirilecektir .

Within the scope of the Cooperation Protocol signed between our Company, FB Sports Club, and Akfin Gayrimenkul Değerlendirme A.Ş., the first session of the tender for Istanbul Ataşehir Kayışdağı Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale Project was held on 24.12.2025 at 11:00.The list of 13 bidders participating in the prequalification stage of the tender is attached. After the detailed evaluation of the documents within the prequalification envelopes, the second session will be held at a later date which consists of the bidding, and sealed envelope quote stages. The date and time of this session will be notified to the applicants in writing.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu AydınlatmaPlatformu)shall prevail.
