Şirketimiz projelerinden İstanbul İli, Avcılar İlçesi, Firüzköy Mahallesi, "İstanbul Avcılar Firüzköy 1.Etap 1.Kısım Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi" (TUAL GÖLYAKA) kapsamında, 811 Ada 8 Parselde yer alan 311 adet Konuttan oluşan, toplam 311 Bağımsız Bölümün 09.05.2023 tarihinde Tadilat Yapı Ruhsatı alınmış ancak proje genelinde revizyona gidilmiş, 480 adet konut olmak üzere toplam 480 adet bağımsız bölümün 06.12.2025 tarihinde Tadilat Yapı Ruhsatları alınmıştır. Proje kapsamında 311 olan toplam bağımsız bölüm sayısı 480 adet olmuştur.

Within the scope of our company's project Istanbul Avcılar Firüzköy 1st Stage 1st Part Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale Project (TUAL GÖLYAKA), located in Firüzköy Neighborhood, Avcılar District, Istanbul Province, for the 311 residential units located on block 811, Parcel 8, comprising a total of 311 independent units, a modicifation construction permit was obtained on May 9,2023 , but revisions were made to the project as a whole. and a total of 480 independent units , including 480 residential units, construction permits on December 6, 2025.The total number of independent units in the project increased from 311 to 480 .

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
