Şirketimiz ile Türk Hava Yolları A.O. arasında imzalanan 28.05.2018 tarihli Sözleşme doğrultusunda ihale edilen İstanbul Arnavutköy Dursunköy 3. Etap 4. Kısım Konut, Ticaret ve Sosyal Donatı İnşaatları ile Altyapı ve Çevre Düzenleme İşi' nin sözleşmesi, Yüklenici LEDA Yapı ve Proje Taah. Ltd. Şti. ile 29 .02.2024 tarihinde imzalanmıştır.

Sözleşme Bedeli : 3.369.365.000 TL + KDV'dir.

The agreement for Istanbul Arnavutköy Dursunköy 3rd Stage 4th Phase Residential, Commercial and Social Facilities Constructions with Infrastructure and Landscaping Work, which was tendered in accordance with the agreement signed between our Company and Turkish Airlines A.O. on 28.05.2018, was signed with the Contractor LEDA Yapı ve Proje Taah. Ltd. Şti on 29.02.2024.

Agreement Value : TRY 3.369.365.000 + VAT.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
