Şirketimiz projelerinden İstanbul İli, Kartal İlçesi, Esentepe Mahallesi, "İstanbul Kartal Esentepe 1.Etap Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi" (Batıyakası) kapsamında, 12710 Ada 1 Parselde yer alan bloklarda revizyona gidilmiş, ticari ünite sayısı değişmeyecek ve 78 olan konut sayısı 175 adet olacak şekilde Tadilat Yapı Ruhsatları 08.03.2024 tarihinde alınmıştır.

Proje kapsamında 677 olan toplam bağımsız bölüm sayısı 774 adet olmuştur.

The revision has been applied for 12710 block and 1 parcel, I Block within the scope of İstanbul Province, Kartal District, Esentepe Quarter, within the "İstanbul Kartal Esentepe 1.Stage Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale (Batı Yakası) and commercial units are not revised, the new revised construction permits of 78 residential units has become 175 on 08.03.2024.

The total number of unit 677 units within the scope of the project has become 774.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
