Şirketimiz ile Türk Hava Yolları A.O. arasında imzalanan 28.05.2018 tarihli Sözleşme doğrultusunda ihale edilen İstanbul Arnavutköy Dursunköy 3. Etap 3. Kısım Konut ve Ticaret İnşaatları ile Altyapı ve Çevre Düzenleme İşi' nin sözleşmesi, Yüklenici KUZU Toplu Konut İnş. A.Ş. ile 20.03.2024 tarihinde imzalanmıştır.

Sözleşme Bedeli: 2.225.750.000 TL + KDV' dir .

The agreement for Istanbul Arnavutköy Dursunköy 3rd Stage 3rd Phase Residential,Commercial Units with Insfrastructure and Landscaping Constructions Works, which was tendered in accordance with the agreement signed between our Company and Turkish Airlines A.O., was signed on 28.05.2018 was signed with the KUZU Toplu Konut İnş. A.Ş on 20.03.2024.

Agreement Value : TRY 2.225.750.000 + VAT.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
