Şirketimiz projelerinden İstanbul İli, Avcılar İlçesi, Firuzköy Mahallesi, "İstanbul Avcılar Firuzköy 1.Etap 2.Kısım Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi (Gölyaka İstanbul)" kapsamında, 807 Ada 38 Parsel ve 39 Parselde yer alan projede; toplamda 400 adet Konut ve 29 adet Dükkan projesinde revizyon yapılmış olup, 478 adet Konut ve 27 adet Dükkan olacak şekilde Tadilat Yapı Ruhsatları 29.03.2024 tarihinde alınmıştır.

Proje kapsamında 429 olan bağımsız bölüm sayısı 505 olmuştur.

The partial revision has been applied for units in İstanbul province, Avcılar district, Firuzköy quarter within the scope of İstanbul Avcılar Firuzköy 1st Stage 2nd Phase Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale (Gölyaka İstanbul) project and the revised construction permits were obtained for 478 (previously 400) residential units and 27 (previously 29) commercial units located on 2384 block 7 Parcel and new construction permits were obtained on 29.03.2024

Within the scope of the project, the total number of units for which Building Permits were issued have become 505 (previously 429).

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
