Şirketimiz tarafından geliştirilen projelerde, 1 Ocak- 31 Mart 2024 tarihleri itibarıyla, toplam 6.226.619.568 TL (KDV Hariç), satışa esas brüt 77.545 m2 büyüklüğe ulaşan, 675 adet bağımsız bölümün satışı gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Bu satışların toplamda 458.014.335,02 TL (KDV hariç) değerindeki 37 adedi yabancı ülke vatandaşlarına gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Şirketimiz bundan sonra da belirlediği hedeflere ulaşma konusunda tüm gayretini gösterecektir.

Satış dağılım tablolarında belirtilen satış rakamları gerek satış/pazarlama müdürlüğümüz ve gerekse satış ofisleri aracılığıyla satışı kesinleşen bağımsız bölümlerden oluşmaktadır. Bu nedenle bir önceki çeyrek veya çeyreklerde açıklanan satış rakamların artmasına neden olabilmektedir.

Ayrıca, alıcıların sözleşmeden cayma ve dönme ile satıcının sözleşmeyi feshetmesi nedenlerinden kaynaklanan azalmalarda söz konusu olabilir. Bilgi edilmesi önemle rica olunur.

Our company has reached an amount of TRY 15.265.243.03 6 (excluding VAT) sales value between the dates of 1 January- 31 March 2024 in return for the sales of 77.545 m2 sqm gross sellable area of 675 units .

A Total of TRY 458.014.335,02 (excluding V.A.T.) sales in return for 37 units of abovementioned total sales figures have been sold to foreign citizens.

According to the results of the first quarter of 2024 announced today, we are pleased to share that we have achieved our sales targets to a great extent.

Our Company will make every effort to achieve the targets set in the future as well.

Finalized sales figures stated in sales breakdown tables consist of the data collected from the Company's Marketing Department or throughout sales offices.Therefore, there may be increases in previous month/months' figures and some changes between quarters. There may be also decreases in sales due to the reasons of reneging on the contract of the homebuyers, cancelling the contract of the seller and disapproval of the loan.
