Ziraat GYO A.Ş. ile Şirketimiz arasında imzalanan "Birlikte Proje Geliştirilmesine Dair İşbirliği Protokolü" çerçevesinde Şirketimiz tarafından ihale edilen İstanbul Bağcılar 100. Yıl Mahallesi 1. Etap Konut ve Ticaret İnşaatları ile Altyapı ve Çevre Düzenleme İşi ' nin sözleşmesi, Yüklenici ÖZYAZICI İnş. Elk. Mak. Müş. ve Taah. San. ve Tic. A.Ş . ile 24.04.2024 tarihinde imzalanmıştır.

Sözleşme Bedeli: 883.150.000 TL + KDV' dir.

The agreement of Istanbul Bağcılar 100th  Neighbourhood 1st Stage Residential and Commercial Constructions Insfrastructure and Landscaping Constructions Works , which was tendered by our Company within the framework of the ‘Cooperation Protocol on Joint Project Development' signed between Ziraat REIT A.Ş. and our Company has been signed to the Contractor ÖZYAZICI İnş. Elk. Mak. Müş. and Taah. San. and Tic. A.Ş. on 24.04.2024.

Agreement Value : TRY 883.150.000  + VAT.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
