Şirketimiz tarafından geliştirilen projelerde, 1 Ocak - 30 Eylül 2024 tarihleri arasında, sözleşme bedeli toplam 21.255.631.176 TL (KDV Hariç) olan satışa esas brüt 266.623 m² büyüklüğe ulaşan, toplam 2.143 adet bağımsız bölümün satışı gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Bu satışların toplamda 1. 371. 775. 168 TL (KDV hariç) değerindeki 88 adedi yabancı ülke vatandaşlarına gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Şirketimiz bundan sonra da belirlediği hedeflere ulaşma konusunda tüm gayretini gösterecektir.

Satış dağılım tablolarında belirtilen satış rakamları gerek satış/pazarlama müdürlüğümüz gerekse satış ofisleri aracılığıyla satışı kesinleşen bağımsız bölümlerden oluşmaktadır.

Alıcıların sözleşmeden cayma ve dönme ile satıcının sözleşmeyi feshetmesi nedenlerinden kaynaklanan azalmalarda söz konusu olabilir.

Our company has reached an amount of TRY 21,255,631,176 (excluding VAT) total sales value between the dates of 1 January- 30 June 2024 in return for the sales of 266,623 sqm gross sellable area of 2,143 units.

A Total of TRY 1,371,775,168 (excluding V.A.T.) sales in return for 88 units of abovementioned total sales figures have been sold to foreign citizens.

As in the past, our company will do its best in order to achieve its goals in the future.

Finalized sales figures stated in sales breakdown tables consist of the data collected from the Company's Marketing Department or throughout sales offices. There may be also decreases in sales due to the reasons of reneging on the contract of the homebuyers, cancelling the contract of the seller and disapproval of the loan.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
