Şirketimiz, Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı Kentsel Dönüşüm Başkanlığı ile imzalanan protokol kapsamında, İstanbul Esenler ilçesinde yer alan toplam 132.894,62 m² büyüklüğündeki arsaların satın alımı, 5.315.784.800 TL (KDV hariç) bedelle tamamlanmıştır. Bu alım, Şirketimizin uzun vadeli büyüme stratejileri çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Arsa alım sürecinde, özkaynak yönetimi ve maliyet optimizasyonuna azami özen gösterilmiş olup, bu işlem, Şirketimizin aktif büyüklüğünü artırmasının yanı sıra gelecekteki projelerine de finansal açıdan önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır.

Within the scope of the protocol signed with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change's Urban Transformation Directorate, our company has completed the purchase of land with a total size of 132,894.62 sqm located in the Esenler district of Istanbul for a total amount of TL 5,315,784,800 (VAT excluded).

This acquisition has been carried out as part of our company's long-term growth strategies. During the land acquisition process, utmost care was taken regarding equity management and cost optimization. This transaction not only increases our company's total assets but also provides significant financial support for our future projects.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
