Şirketimiz İ stanbul Başakşehir Kayabaşı 5. Etap Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi (Nidapark Kayaşehir) kapsamında, 458 Ada 24 Parseldeki AVM ve Ofis Binası, Kamusal Park Alanları (Projedeki Son Kısım) kısmi kesin kabulü yapılmış olup Kısmi Kesin Kabul Tutanağı 30.12.2024 tarihinde onaylanmıştır.

The partial final acceptance for the Shopping Mall and Office Building located on Plot 24 of Block 458, as well as the Public Park Areas (the last section of the project), within the scope of our company's Istanbul Başakşehir Kayabaşı 5th Stage Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale (Nidapark Kayaşehir), has been completed, and the Partial Final Acceptance Certificate was approved on December 30, 2024.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
