Şirketimiz ile Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı (TOKİ) arasında daha önce imzalanan "İş Birliği Protokolü" kapsamında, mülkiyeti TOKİ'ye ait olan İstanbul ili Başakşehir ilçesindeki arsa üzerinde TOKİ güvencesiyle geliştireceğimiz "Damla Kent Projesi" için yapılan Gayrimenkul Sertifikası ihracı başvurusu, 23 Temmuz 2025 tarihli toplantısında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) tarafından olumlu karşılanarak onaylanmıştır. Onaylı " İhraççı Bilgi Dokümanı" ekte yer almaktadır.

The application for a Real Estate Certificate issuance for the 'Damla Kent Project,' which our company will develop on a plot of land in the Başakşehir district of Istanbul owned by the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) under a previously signed 'Cooperation Protocol' and with TOKİ's guarantee, has been approved by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) at its meeting on July 23, 2025. The approved ' Issuer Information Document ' is attached.
