Şirketimiz ile Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı (TOKİ) arasında daha önce imzalanan "İş Birliği Protokolü" kapsamında, mülkiyeti TOKİ'ye ait olan İstanbul ili Başakşehir ilçesindeki arsa üzerinde TOKİ güvencesiyle geliştireceğimiz "Damla Kent Projesi" için yapılan Gayrimenkul Sertifikası ihracı başvurusu, 23 Temmuz 2025 tarihli toplantısında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) tarafından olumlu karşılanarak onaylanmıştır. Onaylı" S ermay e Piyasası Aracı Notu eki Bağımsız Ölüm Listesi" ekte yer almaktadır.

Further to the "Cooperation Protocol" previously executed between our company and the Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ), we are pleased to inform you that our application for the issuance of Real Estate Certificates for the "Damla Kent Project" has received positive approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) at its meeting held on July 23, 2025. This project is to be developed  by our company under the assurance of TOKİ on a plot of land owned by TOKİ in the Başakşehir district of Istanbul. The approved " Securities Notes Attachments Units Lists " is enclosed herewith.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
