Şirketimizin, İstanbul Başakşehir'de T.C. Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı (TOKİ) iş birliğiyle geliştirilecek "Damla Kent Projesi"ne dayalı Gayrimenkul Sertifikası ihracı başvurusu, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) tarafından 23.07.2025 tarih ve 41/1348 sayılı karar ile onaylanmıştır.

Onaylanan İzahname Seti ilgili mevzuat uyarınca Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda (KAP) yayımlanmıştır. Yatırımcılarımızın bilgiye erişimini kolaylaştırmak amacıyla, SPK onaylı İzahname Seti ve eklerinin tamamına, KAP'a ek olarak Şirketimizin kurumsal internet sitesi olan www.emlakkonut.com.tr ile projeye özel hazırlanan https://www.gayrimenkulsertifika.com adreslerinden de ulaşılabilir. Yatırımcılarımızın yatırım kararlarını, SPK tarafından onaylanan İzahname Seti'nin bütününü inceleyerek vermeleri önem arz etmektedir.

The application made by our Company to the Capital Markets Board (SPK) for the issuance of Real Estate Certificates based on the "Damla Kent Project," to be developed in collaboration with the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) in Başakşehir, Istanbul, has been approved by the Board's decision dated 23.07.2025 and numbered 41/1348.

The approved Prospectus Set has been published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) in accordance with the relevant legislation. To facilitate our investors' access to information, the complete SPK-approved Prospectus Set and its annexes are also available on our Company's corporate website at www.emlakkonut.com.tr and the project-specific website at https://www.gayrimenkulsertifika.com , in addition to the KAP publication. It is important that our investors make their investment decisions by examining the approved Prospectus Set in its entirety.
