Şirketimiz, portföyünü güçlendirmek ve sürdürülebilir büyüme hedefleri doğrultusunda proje geliştirme potansiyeli yüksek yeni varlıkları portföyüne dahil etmek üzere, T.C. Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı (TOKİ) ile "Gayrimenkul Satışı Protokolü" imzalamıştır. Protokol uyarınca; İstanbul, Muğla, Amasya ve Gaziantep illerinde yer alan toplam 600.447,85 m² arsa/arazi ile Muğla ili Köyceğiz ilçesindeki gayrimenkullerden oluşan portföy, KDV hariç toplam 11.399.885.519,95 TL vadeli bedel ile Şirketimiz portföyüne dahil edilmiştir.

Söz konusu alımın finansmanı amacıyla muhtelif bankalardan toplam 4.000.000.000 TL tutarında uzun vadeli kredi temin edilmiş olup, sağlanan finansman alım bedelinin peşinat ödemesinde kullanılacaktır.

Gerçekleştirilen bu yatırım, Şirketimizin proje geliştirme stokunu ve bilanço büyüklüğünü artırarak, paydaşlarımıza sürdürülebilir değer yaratma hedefimize hizmet eden stratejik bir adımdır.

Gelişmeler hakkında kamuoyu bilgilendirilmeye devam edilecektir.

Our Company has signed a "Real Estate Sales Protocol" with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ) to expand its portfolio with high-potential development assets, in line with its sustainable growth strategy.

The protocol encompasses the acquisition of a real estate portfolio comprising a total of 600,447.85 m² of land/plots in the provinces of Istanbul, Muğla, Amasya, and Gaziantep, along with properties in Köyceğiz district of Muğla, for a total deferred payment value of TRY 11,399,885,519.95 (VAT excluded).

To finance this acquisition, a long-term loan facility totaling TRY 4,000,000,000 has been secured from various banks. The provided financing will be utilized for the down payment of the acquisition price.

This landmark acquisition is a key component of our strategy to create sustainable stakeholder value, significantly expanding our project development pipeline and strengthening our balance sheet.
