At the meeting of Board of Directors which was held on January 28, 2025;, it was decided to authorize Halk Varlık Kiralama Anonim Şirketi as "Issuer Asset Leasing Company" and Halk Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. as intermediary and financial consultant in issuing transactions within the scope of issuing Sukuk based on management contract worth up to TRY 10 billion to be sold within 1 year from CMB approval of the issuance document and to authorize the General Directorate for the execution of the related transactions. The issued instruments will be sold through private placement to qualified investors in domestic market without being offered to the public.
