At the meeting of Board of Directors which was held on June 25, 2025;, it was decided to authorize Halk Varlık Kiralama Anonim Şirketi as "Issuer Asset Leasing Company" and Halk Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. as intermediary and financial consultant in issuing transactions within the scope of issuing Sukuk based on management contract worth up to TRY 20 billion to be sold within 1 year from CMB approval of the issuance document and to authorize the General Directorate for the execution of the related transactions. The issued instruments will be sold through private placement to qualified investors in domestic market without being offered to the public. We proclaim that our above disclosure is in conformity with the principles set down in "Material Events Communiqué" of Capital Markets Board, and it fully reflects all information coming to our knowledge on the subject matter thereof, and it is in conformity with our books, records and documents, and all reasonable efforts have been shown by our Company in order to obtain all information fully and accurately about the subject matter thereof, and we're personally liable for the disclosures.
