At the meeting of Board of Directors which was held on September 03, 2024;, it was decided to authorize Halk Varlık Kiralama Anonim Şirketi as "Issuer Asset Leasing Company" and Halk Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. as intermediary and financial consultant in issuing transactions within the scope of issuing Sukuk based on management contract worth up to TL 10 billion to be sold within 1 year from CMB approval of the issuance document and to authorize the General Directorate for the execution of the related transactions.
