Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Sn. Burak DEMİRALP' dan boşalan Denetim Komitesi başkanlığına Sn.Aytaç YÜKSEL'in atanmasına Karar verilmiştir.

The memberships of the Committees established pursuant to the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué have been updated as follows.
