Şirketimiz Genel Müdürü ve Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Sn. Cengiz ERDEM'in emekli olmasından dolayı, 09.07.2024 tarihli dilekçesi ile hem Genel Müdürlük hem de Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliğinden ayrılmıştır.

Yönetim kurulumuzun 09.07.2024 tarihli ilgili kararlarıyla;

Genel Müdürlük görevine Sn. Yasir YILMAZ'ın atanmasına,

Boşalan Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliğine, TTK'nun 363. maddesi 1. fıkrası gereği, Sn. Hakan GEDİKLİ'nin ilk genel kurul toplantısının tasvibine sunulmak üzere atanmasına,

Yönetim Kurulu Üyelerinin kendi aralarında yaptığı yeni görev dağılımı ile Sn. Hakan GEDİKLİ'nin Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekili olarak görev almasına,

karar verilmiştir.

Since the Board Member and General Manager Mr. Cengiz ERDEM will retire according to his letter of resignation dated 09.07.2024, he stepped aside from his duties in our Company.

According to the today's decisions of the Board of Directors dated 09.07.2024;

Mr.Yasir YILMAZ  has been assigned as the General Manager of the Company,

Mr.Hakan GEDİKLİ was also assigned as the Board Member, according to the article 363 and sub-article 1 of TCC, until the submission to the approval of the first General assembly.

And with the new distribution of duties among the Board Members, Mr. Hakan GEDİKLİ was appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.losure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
