Yönetim Kurulu Üyeleri Sn.Hakan AKBULUT ve Sn.Refik TUZCUOĞLU'NUN  istifaları üzerine Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği gereği oluşturulan Komitelerin üyelikleri aşağıdaki şekilde güncellenmiştir.

Upon the resignation of the board members Mr. Hakan AKBULUT and Mr. Refik TUZCUOĞLU, the memberships of the Committees established respect to the Communiqué of the Board of Directors of the Capital Markets Board have been updated as follows.

Corporate Governance Committee:

Vedad GÜRGEN (Chairman of the Committee), Ertan KELEŞ, Mustafa Levent SUNGUR

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
