Yönetim kurulumuzun 01.08.2024 tarihli kararlarıyla,

Sn.Hakan AKBULUT'un istifası ile boşalan Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliğine, TTK.'nun 363.madde 1. fıkrası gereği Sn.Yasir YILMAZ'ın ilk genel kurul toplantısının tasvibine sunulmak üzere atanmasına karar verilmiştir. Bağımsız yönetim kurulu üyeleri atama süreçleri devam etmektedir.

According to the  decisions of the Board of Directors dated 01.08.2024;

Mr.Yasir YILMAZ was assigned as the Board Member, according to the article 315 and sub-article 1 of TCC, until the submission to the approval of the first General assembly because of the resignation of Mr.Hakan AKBULUT from the Board of Directors. The process of appointing independent board members continues.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
