Appendix 3B – Exercise of Employee Options

EML PAYMENTS LIMITED (“EML”) advises that it has issued 466,225 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) upon the exercise of Options held by certain employees of the Company.

The Options were part of the Company’s 2015 Employee Share Options Scheme Grant and were subject to certain vesting conditions which included performance and retention related hurdles. Of the original package of 4,750,000 Options issued, a total of 2,681,265 Options have vested (including the 466,225 Options exercised today) and are eligible for exercise until they expire on 30 September 2018.
