CANCELLATION OF 933,332 UNLISTED OPTIONS (AAOAK)

Adept Solutions Limited (Adept) (ASX: AAO) advises that in May 2011, 1,600,000 unlisted options (on a post consolidation basis) were issued to a consultant under the terms of a consultancy agreement. The options were issued in accordance with a vesting schedule.

As the consultancy agreement terminated prior to all of the unlisted options vesting, only 666,668 of the 1,600,000 unlisted options vested and 933,332 of the unlisted options have been cancelled.

Adept’s capital structure is now as follows:
