The issue of 9,594,897 fully paid ordinary shares is in satisfaction of EMLs obligation to pay part of the purchase price for Sentenial by the issue of shares in EML to vendors of Sentenial in accordance with the terms of the acquisition as announced to the market on 7 April 2021. An Appendix 3B was not lodged at time transaction was announced, however the market was notified of an obligation to issue shares via EMLs ASX Announcement and Investor presentation at the time, being 7 April 2021.
