Retirement of Non-Executive Director – Dr Kirstin Ferguson

EML PAYMENTS LIMITED (ASX: EML) (“EML”) advises the retirement of Dr Kirstin Ferguson as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 16 July 2021.

Kirstin joined the Board of EML in 2018 and is currently the Chair of the recently formed Culture, Governance and Nominations Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.

The Board expresses its sincere thanks to Kirstin for her contribution and commitment to EML over the past 3 years during which she was previously the Chair of the People, Culture and Remuneration Committee and has shared her extensive knowledge and experience in governance and leadership. The Board wishes Kirstin all the best with her future endeavours including working on her next book.

EML will commence the search process for a new independent Non-Executive Director and expect this process to be completed before the end of the calendar year.
