RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Australasia Consolidated Limited (ASX:AAO) notes that as set out in the Notice of General Meeting and Explanatory Statement dated 27 May 2011, Mr Bruno Firriolo would resign as a director of the Company with effect from close of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders held today, 29 June 2011.
The Board advises that Mr Bruno Firriolo has given notice of his resignation as a director of the Company. The Board of AAO extends its thanks to Mr Firriolo for his dedicated service, throughout the duration of his directorship
