RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – JOHN WILLINGE
Mr John Willinge has today announced his resignation as a non-executive director of Adept Solutions Limited ( Adept Solutions or Company ). The resignation will take effect from close of business today.
Adept Solutions chairman, Mr John Terpu, said in the time Mr Willinge has been involved with Adept Solutions he has made a significant contribution to the Company, initially as a member of the Company’s former Advisory Board, and subsequently as a non-executive director.
Mr Willinge thanked Mr Terpu and the Company and said he had enjoyed working with the board and management team for whom he has great respect and wished them the very best in their future endeavors.
