Mechanism for holding General Assembly Meeting

Please note that according to the latest updates from the Securities and Commodities Authority, indicating that:

The General Assembly Meeting shall be held completely remotely without the actual attendance of the shareholders.

An SMS message with the registration and voting link and the access code shall be sent a day before the General Assembly Meeting.

Registration and voting will be opened from the time the SMS message is received until the meeting starts at 4:15 pm on 24/02/2021, and voting will be extended during the meeting until its end.

At the beginning of the meeting, only registered shareholders are entitled to vote and watch the live broadcast of the meeting.
