EMIRATES FLOATING RATE NOTES DUE 2013 - FINAL & FOURTEENTH RE: HALF-YEARLY INTEREST & PRINCIPAL PAYMENT DUE ON 11 JULY 2013

As per terms and conditions of the Agency Agreement, wherein Emirates Financial Services PSC (EFS) has been appointed as the Fiscal and Paying Agent in respect of the captioned Notes Issue, the principal and final interest payment has to be made semi-annually to the Noteholders registered with the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on the relevant Record Date. The Bond matures on 11th July, 2013 and the payment of principal + final interest payment is to be made on 11th July 2013 to all Note-holders.

The relevant Record Date will be deemed to be the opening of business on the fifteenth day prior to the due date for Interest Payment. Accordingly, the Record Date for the fourteenth half-yearly interest + principal payment shall be deemed to be 26-Jun-13 and the Payment Due Date shall be 11 Jul 2013.

The Notes bear interest from and including 11 Jan 2013 at the rate of 2.121250% per annum (i.e. 0.65 per cent per annum above the EBOR for 6 month AED Deposits prevailing as at the Interest Determination Date).

Transfers of Notes effected during the period starting at the opening of business on the Record Date and ending on the interest payable date may be registered in the usual way, but all payments shall be made to such persons as such registered as holders of the Notes at the opening of business on the relevant Record Date.
