Vergi Usul Kanunu ("VUK") hükümlerine göre hazırlanan finansal tablolarımız esas alındığında ise 1.098.169 TL "Dönem Zararı" oluşmuştur. Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri:II, No:14.1 sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği hükümleri çerçevesinde hazırlanan finansal tablolarımız esas alındığında ise 14.095.400 TL "Dönem Zararı" oluşmuştur.

Bu doğrultuda, 2016 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında, 2016 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak herhangi bir kar dağıtımı yapılamayacağı hususu Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulacaktır.
