AGREEMENT WITH THIRD PARTY

Corizon Limited (ASX: CIZ ) (“the Company ”) is pleased to advise that it has entered into an exclusivity and confidentiality agreement (“ Agreement ”) for a period of 21 days with a third party (“ Third Party ”).

The Agreement with the Third Party relates to the potential acquisition of a company which owns a substantial Gold and Tungsten asset in Europe.

The potential acquisition, if successfully concluded, will likely trigger ASX Listing Rule 11.1.3 and require the Company to re-comply with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules.
