Emerald Resources NL (ASX: EMR) ( Emerald ) advises that 2,945,000 unlisted $4.43 options expiring 31 July 2029 (Options) have been issued to eligible participants under the Company’s Securities Incentive Plan, subject to various vesting conditions.

An Appendix 3G reflecting the revised capital structure following the allotment of the above securities has been released with this announcement.
