REQUEST FOR SUSPENSION – EMERALD OIL & GAS NL (EMR)
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Emerald Oil & Gas NL requests an extension of their suspension of trading.
The Company is finalising an implementation agreement for a corporate transaction involving a potential change in control. Completion of the agreement has been delayed and the Company now expects to have this completed by Monday 5 August 2013 when an announcement to the market will be made.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
