Notice of Requisition of a Meeting of Members
Emerald Oil & Gas NL (ASX: EMR) refers to it’s previous announcement on 3 December 2012 advising that it had received a notice requesting the directors call a general meeting of shareholders pursuant to Section 249D of the Corporations Act.
The Board has confirmed the validity of the notice and will be calling the meeting within 21 days of receipt of the notice (24 December 2012). The date for the meeting is yet to be determined however it will be on or before 3 February 2013.
Notice of Meeting and supporting materials complying with the Corporations Act will be forwarded to shareholders on or before 24 December 2012 as mentioned above.
