InvoCare Limited to be removed from the S&P/ASX 200 Index

SYDNEY, OCTOBER 31, 2023: S&P Dow Jones Indices announced today that it will remove InvoCare Limited (XASX: IVC) from the S&P/ASX 200, subject to final court approval of the scheme of arrangement whereby the company will be acquired by Eternal Aus BidCo Pty Ltd.

S&P Dow Jones Indices will remove InvoCare Limited from the S&P/ASX 200 effective prior to the open of trading on Monday, November 06, 2023. InvoCare Limited will be replaced by Emerald Resources NL (XASX: EMR), in the S&P/ASX 200 effective prior to the open of trading on Monday, November 06, 2023.
