Could you please place Emerald (EMR) in a Trading halt with immediate effect, pending a transaction involving US Shale oil assets. Emerald envisages the trading halt to be lifted on or before pre-open on Thursday 12 July 2012.

Emerald is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
