Closure of Non-renounceable Pro Rata Entitlements Issue
The Directors of Emerald Oil & Gas NL hereby advise that the non-renounceable entitlements issue of shares and options offered pursuant to the prospectus lodged on 2 August 2010 has closed. A total of 46,961,174 shares were subscribed for by existing shareholders, resulting in a shortfall of 80,538,826 shares.
The shortfall will be placed with clients of RM Capital Pty Ltd in accordance with the underwriting agreement.
The Company will make an application for quotation of the shares and options in the next few days.
