SMALL SHARE PARCEL SALE FACILITY UPDATE
Emerald Oil & Gas NL (“Emerald” or the “Company”) has closed its Small Share Parcel Facility and is in the process of finalising placement of shares for holders that took part in the scheme. A total of 382 Shareholders took advantage of the small share parcel sale facility, which has resulted in the Company being able to reduce its share register from 1,860 down to 1,478 shareholders, being a much more cost efficient and manageable register for a company of this size.
In mid September small parcel shareholders will be sent a statement showing the relevant shares being sold via unmarketable placement which will be finalised over the next few weeks.
The company will remit cheques to each of the 382 shareholders who took part in the scheme once the orderly sale of the 75,555 shares has been completed.
