Resignation of Chairman
Emerald Oil & Gas NL (ASX: EMR) wishes to advise that Mr Jeremy Shervington has resigned as Chairman of the Company to pursue other interests.
The Emerald Board members would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Shervington for his work as Chairman of the Company and wish him all the best for the future.
The Board is pleased to advise that Mr Ross Williams has been appointed as Chairman, to replace Mr Shervington, Mr Williams has been a non-executive director of the company since 4 October 2013.
