Notice of Requisition of a Meeting of Members
Emerald Oil & Gas NL (ASX: EMR) advises that it has received a notice requesting the directors call a general meeting of shareholders pursuant to Section 249D of the Corporations Act.
The request was received from P&L Capital Investments Pty Ltd and Desertfox Pty Ltd and seeks resolutions for the removal of Messrs McAndrew Rudisill, Davide Bosio, Dino DiCosta and Mike Krzus as directors, and the appointment of Messrs Tim Kestell and Peter Pynes as directors.
The Board is seeking advice regarding the validity of the notice and will advise the market in due course.
