We would like to inform you that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from, 24[th] September, 2024 to 30[th] September, 2024(both days inclusive) and cut of date will be 24[th] September, 2024 for eligibility to e-Voting in 90[th] Annual General Meeting by members.
