Change in the number of shares and votes in Embracer Group
The number of shares and votes in Embracer Group AB ("Embracer") has changed following the completed reverse share split 1:6 and the share issue of five B shares carried out in connection with the reverse share split. The number of A shares has been reduced by 45,000,000 and the number of B shares have decreased by 1,080,598,535 (number of A shares before the reverse share split 54,000,000 and number of B shares before the reverse share split 1,296,718,242). The number of votes has thereby decreased by 1,530,598,535. The share capital has through the issue of five B shares increased to approximately SEK 1,875,998.10.
As of 31 January 2025, the number of shares in Embracer therefore amounts to 225,119,707, of which 9,000,000 are A shares carrying ten votes each and 216,119,707 are B shares carrying one vote each. The total number of votes as of 31 January 2025 is 306,119,707.
As of 31 January 2025, Embracer hold 27,452 own B shares (164,712 before the reverse share split).
