Change in the number of shares and votes in Embracer Group
The number of shares and votes in Embracer Group AB ("Embracer Group") has increased due to shares issued in connection with payments of earn out consideration. The number of B shares and votes has increased by 10,404,106 and the share capital has consequently increased to approximately SEK 1,874,923.93.
As of 28 June 2024, the number of shares in Embracer Group therefore amounts to 1,349,944,863, of which 54,000,000 are A shares carrying ten votes each and 1,295,944,863 are B shares carrying one vote each. The total number of votes as of 28 June 2024 is 1,835,944,863.
As of 28 June 2024, Embracer Group does not hold any own shares.
