Change in the number of shares and votes in Embracer Group

The number of shares and votes in Embracer Group AB ("Embracer Group") has increased due to share issues due to payments in connection with payments of earn out consideration. The number of B shares and votes has increased by 273,049 and the share capital has consequently increased to approximately SEK 1,748,947.90.

As of 28 February 2023, the number of shares in Embracer Group amounts to 1,259,242,167, of which 66,798,274 are A shares carrying ten votes each and 1,192,443,893 are B shares carrying one vote each. The total number of votes as of 28 February 2023 is 1,860,426,633.

As of 28 February 2023, Embracer Group does not hold any own shares.
