Change in the number of shares and votes in Embracer Group
The number of shares and votes in Embracer Group AB ("Embracer Group") has increased due to shares issued in connection with payments of earn out consideration. The number of B shares and votes has increased by 14,580 and the share capital has consequently increased to approximately SEK 1,860,366.04.
As of 30 November 2023, the number of shares in Embracer Group amounts to 1,339,463,189, of which 66,798,274 are A shares carrying ten votes each and 1,272,664,915 are B shares carrying one vote each. The total number of votes as of 30 November 2023 is 1,940,647,655.
As of 30 November 2023, Embracer Group does not hold any own shares.
